Hey Guys...wanted to give a little "overall" post this evening.
I've been getting some emails from traders asking about the next couple of weeks...Christmas week and New Years week....whether they should or shouldn't trade.
My answer is no, I do not trade and that goes for all EA's, and manual strategies. In my trading I look at risk first...then I look at how much I can make...and during these weeks the risk is increased to the point where I don't want my money in harms way. The volume is thin and moves don't seem to be there as during normal trading days due to people on holidays etc.
Now I know I will get emails from some who say they make money during these two weeks...and this may be true, but for the majority of traders and strategies it's best to stay on the sidelines.
We are still working on settings for the other brokers...so keep watching here for those updates.
And last thing, you might find interesting is a look at the DOW and the trading range it's been in lately...something to watch for in the new year...Click Here

Been a long day of emails guys...as you've probably noticed I've been jumping back and forth...answer some old one...answer some new ones etc...trying to respond to everyone as fast as I can.

Back on the email horse :-)
A few people are sending some questions about an error #4200..this is a text object error and does not effect the strategy, orders etc...so nothing to worry about...it has to do with the vertical start and end time lines that are drawn on the chart.
We'll look into it but low on the priority list as it does not effect trading at all.
Also we'll be sending out an email today about a new manual strategy...more importantly there is a chance to win a free copy.

OK so the feedback from the new version has been good...it fixed the issues it was supposed to...there is no change from the old version as far as settings go...just the internal workings of how orders are placed etc.
Still chipping away at the emails.
Interesting note - we have about 20 brokers we need to get settings for...and only 30 or so people have asked for them...so we were right in choosing the brokers we did...casting the widest net worked :-)

We will be emailing everyone a copy of the latest version...1E...for both g-force and sniper, on Wednesday Dec 02...if you don't receive the email it's because you didn't sign up when you purchased...if that's the case please email us with your Plimus Ref # and tell su if you bought 1 or both EA's and we'll get you a copy...there is no difference between the two as far as settings go...simply add the 1E ex4 file to your brokers expert folder and use the same manual for the settings.
This is a fix for those who are getting the 130 errors FXCM etc. but should still be used by everyone.
I'm currently on Nov 26 as far as emails go...getting this new version has slowed me down..but am still working on it all day so please be patient your answers are coming.
Still working on the settings for other brokers...

Hey guys...a couple of things...gonna send out an email to those who signed up when they purchased...this was the whole point of having people sign up -- to get them info ASAP...we are going to send the download pages again as there are a lot of emails asking for this...also there have been some issues with FXCM and #130 errors (and most likely some other ECN brokers)...we are working on this as I type...have a bunch of accounts in test mode and are working towards getting this fix completed and out to everyone in a few days...thanks again for your patience.

Hey guys...the email response drive continues...and we are targeting settings for FxPro by late Monday...fingers crossed.
Also we have been getting a lot of emails where people have been having trouble getting to the download page...our goal was to have you sign up for our members list and then go to the download page...there seems to have been a glitch there. We apologize but we needed to have that step so we are able to send our members updates, new settings etc...so for those of you who still haven't got the download page...we sincerely apologize and are working on catching up to the emails ASAP.

FAQ
Q. It says out of trading zone. Not looking for trades. How do I fix this??
A. No need to "fix"...both EA's were not designed to trade 24/5...that's why
there are session start and session end parameters....in fact expanding the trade time will most likely have a negative effect on performance.
Q. What is "Warning: lot size to small use traders minimum"
A. The risk setting determine your lot size automatically...but sometimes it ends up being too small...at least smaller than what the min lot size of the broker will allow.
For instance if the risk you choose requires a lot size of .008 lots and
your broker has a .01 min. lot size then you will get this warning...it's just
to let you know that your broker requires you to at least trade the min lot size and the EA simply bumps it up to trade the min lot size as determined by your broker.

A. We are working on getting some settings for FXCBS, OneCorpFX as well as MBtrading.
We'll post on the blog as soon each one done...
